Torque Test Bench 0,1Nm,
for BLDC-, Stepping and Synchronous Motors


General description

Special mounting methods are required if torque and mechanical output power for speeds up to 80'000 1/min have to be determined in 3-Phase BLDC-Motors. The base plate has to feature high internal attenuation against the tendency to oscillate of the entire system. Additionally, it may not contort substantially at a torque up to 0,1Nm. Furthermore accurate, parallel and hardened waves must allow for rational transformation!
The measuring bench can also be used for motor endurance testing, depending on the mounted pressure sensors, hysteresis or eddy-current brakes. A high-quality Maxon DC-Collector Motor may also be used as braking system. This measuring bench was mainly designed for a combination with 2 shifting blocks. However, it also allows for testing of other motor control systems.
